Services
Humans of Reddit provides Reddit marketing services including brand presence building, narrative control, growth engine, and Reddit ads management. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their brand, products, and services. Clients understand that Reddit marketing results depend on community response and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts required. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused service periods.
Limitation of Liability
Humans of Reddit is not responsible for Reddit platform changes, account suspensions by Reddit, or community responses to brand mentions. We operate within Reddit's Terms of Service at all times.
